A Permanent Home for Sacred Rest
For over two decades, our ecumenical retreats have been held in various locations providing a sanctuary for the weary and a path to spiritual renewal.
Now, the time has come to permanently bring these experiences home to the Annandale Ranch.
Our vision is to root this ministry in the very soil our family has stewarded since 1889. We are preparing to build a permanent sanctuary—designed in purposeful harmony with the Texas landscape. This is a significant undertaking that requires a new legacy of stewardship. We invite you to join in the journey with us as a founding partner. Your gift to our building fund is the seed money that will lay the foundation for this holy ground, ensuring that the peace we’ve shared in temporary spaces finds a forever home for generations to come.
We provide a sanctuary for hospitality and rest, inviting transformative encounters with Christ.
Our path to renewal includes spiritual direction, theological and ecological inquiry, somatic experiences, and shared community.

Why this, why now
Come as you are - weary, burned out, and welcome
Many who serve—pastors, nurses, doctors, social workers, and ministry leaders—live under constant demand. Over time, the cost can become spiritual fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and a nervous system that never truly rests.
The Retreat at Annandale exists to be a safe, faith-centered place where the weary can step away, be guided into restoration, and return to their calling with renewed strength.
