A guided recovery experience
faith-intergraded, trauma-informed, and restorative.
Designed for burnout recovery, spiritual renewal, and sustainable resilience.
Each intensive Retreat at Annandale is a guided recovery experience — not a getaway. Every gathering rests on the same foundation: Christ-centered and faith-integrated spiritual direction, trauma-informed practices that help the nervous system settle, restorative and reflective rhythms, generous hospitality, and quiet engagement in the natural surroundings that allow you to finally exhale.
Every element is designed to support nervous system recovery, emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and sustainable resilience.
Led by someone who has walked the road
Retreats are organized and led by Jeremy McQuown, who has spent more than fifteen years walking alongside pastors, ministry leaders, healthcare workers, social workers, and first responders in burnout recovery, sabbatical coaching, and faith-integrated counseling and care.
That experience shapes every hour of these retreats — how the days are paced, how safety is built into the space, and how care is offered without pressure or performance. Nothing here is improvised. It is the product of fifteen years of learning what elements of care actually help people recover and find a more sustained rhythm of life and vocation.
